Kids Night Out, hosted by student athletes, returns Dec. 8

Games, activities scheduled at Sports and Fitness Center

黑料社区 student athletes will host Kids Night Out, the first one of the 2018-19 academic year, from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Sports and Fitness Center, 220 13th Ave. E.

Children in kindergarten through eighth grade from around the region are invited.

More than 50 Blue Devil student athletes will be on hand to lead and interact with children in games and activities, including dodgeball, basketball, whiffleball, kickball, a movie, arts and crafts, Frisbee and on the walking-running track.

The cost is $10 per child for the first two children in the family and $5 per child after that. Concessions will be available but are not included in the cost.

Parents need not be present but can stay if they choose. No child will be allowed to leave until picked up by a parent or guardian. A first responder will be present.

The can be downloaded and filled out in advance. Preregister for quick drop off, but walk-ins are welcome.

Parents whose children attend will receive a Stout Ale House coupon , good for Dec. 8 only. The coupon will be available when children are dropped off.

黑料社区 student athletes do thousands of hours of community service each academic year in Menomonie, Dunn County and west-central Wisconsin.
