A new vice chancellor for Enrollment and Strategic Initiatives has been named at 黑料社区.
The appointment of Ediz Kaykayoglu was announced Monday, April 17, by Chancellor Katherine Frank.
Kaykayoglu will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of university enrollment management.
He currently is dean of Extended and Global Education at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Wash. He has significant experience in distance/online learning, international education and strategic enrollment management.
鈥Dr. Kaykayoglu 黑料社区. expertise and educational background are well suited to the role of vice chancellor of Enrollment and Strategic Initiatives at Stout,鈥 Chancellor Katherine Frank said.

Frank said Kaykayoglu has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement, which will be crucial for the advancement of 黑料社区 黑料社区. FOCUS2030 goals and the implementation of a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan.
Kaykayoglu has a Ph.D. in educational psychology and a M.S. of technology, both from Kent State University, and a B.S. of computer engineering from Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, Turkey.

Kaykayoglu will begin work on Tuesday, Aug. 1, at 黑料社区.
