Free Online Mental Health Care for Your Student

YOU@Stout offers round-the-clock support

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø students now have access to increased free, round-the-clock mental health resources through the  web-based, confidential platform. The enhanced online services are available to all students. 

YOU@Stout increases mental health services and crisis support services, while also connecting your student to existing campus resources. By logging in with their ºÚÁÏÉçÇø credentials, they have access to:

  • 24/7 Crisis Line: Call or text at 888-531-2142; or 
  • Teletherapy and telepsychiatry: Clinically informed and culturally responsive support is available during the day, evenings and weekends through . Your student can connect with the teletherapy services directly through the  website or with help from Counseling Center staff who can answer questions or schedule support.  For telepsychiatry services, your student can contact the Counseling Center for a referral. 
  • offers independent goal setting, skill building, assessments, evidence-based content on a variety of topics and links to campus resources.
