Diversity Speaker Series features Indian education expert March 21

David O'Connor will discuss state Native American culture, history and Act 31

David O'ConnorO鈥機onnor, a member of the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Chippewa, is the American Indian Studies consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
